Spending time near water and marine environments is proven to be beneficial for our mental wellbeing, stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system, reducing stress and helping to bring a feeling of calm. WATER THERAPY is created with olfactory technology to replicate the relaxing sensory feeling of being in or around water. Inspired by the concept of blue medicine, defined as the calm state of mind caused by being close to water, whether swimming, taking a coastal walk or looking out at a lake. Our fragrance lab has developed a direct sourcing program with communities growing ingredients around the world, like sandalwood oil in WATER THERAPY, which is sourced in Australia as part of a sustainable program. This ensures environmental renewal and year-round employment for local workers. 1% of each sale is donated to charity: water, providing safe drinking water to communities around the world through 1% for the Planet.
PLANET
FUNCTIONAL FRAGRANCE SET: CALM + FOCUS is housed in 2 infinitely recyclable glass bottles. Printed with non-toxic, organic ceramic ink so as not to impact the recyclability of the material or expose the workers on the production line to potentially harmful chemicals. Every ingredient in our functional fragrances has been sourced with sustainability in mind. Egyptian geranium oil in MIND ENERGY is grown in an oasis area of the Western Desert, sourced through our ingredient partner’s Responsible Sourcing Team, and has created over 800 jobs for local communities. Cardamom oil in WATER THERAPY is responsibly sourced in India, providing employment and income for local communities. Crops are harvested between September to November to ensure a waste-free process, and the discarded shells are upcycled for flavor production.

Some people report results after the first use, but generally we recommend using for 3-4 weeks before assessing improvements. In our consumer trials, 94% felt less stressed, and 84% felt their anxiety levels were reduced after using WATER THERAPY. After using MIND ENERGY, 86% of testers reported better focus, and 72% said their concentration had improved.
WATER THERAPY and MIND ENERGY both use a combination of sustainably sourced natural extracts and steam-distilled essential oils, alongside safe synthetic extracts. It's not possible for us to create a 100% natural fragrance whilst being environmentally and socially responsible. Many of the extracts in fragrance are rare and hard to source in a sustainable manner, so in these instances we use “natural identical” extracts. The key extracts in the formula, including cedarwood, are sourced from upcycled and sustainable community projects. The formula is non-toxic and free from parabens, phthalates, hexanes, nitromusks and polycyclic musks.
We describe it as smelling peppery and fresh, with a warm almost “velvety” base. One of our testing participants described it as, “citrussy, fresh and green”.
We describe it as fresh, light, clean and oceanic. The key notes in this relaxing scent are sandalwood, seaweed, clary sage and salt, inspired by marine environments like fresh sea air.
