Once you’ve signed up, you’ll get the first month’s supply in an infinitely recyclable glass jar. Every month after that will come in a recyclable refill pouch*, made with 44% post-recycled-plastic. Significantly cutting down packaging weight and our carbon footprint when shipping orders.

We do subscriptions in 2 ways.

Monthly Rolling Subscriptions

We’ll send a 30 day supply of your chosen product/s to your door on a month-by-month basis, with a discount of 10% off, paid for by monthly direct debit. We recommend committing to at least 2 months to see the full health benefits.

Monthly Plan Subscriptions

Available in 3 or 6 month packages, we’ll send the full 3 or 6 month supply of your chosen product/s to your door in 1 bulk order, paid for all at once. Committing to 3 or 6 months at a time gives your body time to receive the full health benefits. Get 20% off a 3 month supply, or 25% off a 6 month supply.

A 6 month subscription saves 2.64kg of CO2 emissions, and a 3 month subscription saves 1.32kg. Good for you, good for the planet.

The Small Print

The Small Print

By signing up to our monthly rolling subscription service, you agree to automatic renewal every 30 days. We will send you a shipment with a 30 day supply of your chosen products, and your subscription will automatically continue to renew every month, unless you choose to cancel. You may choose to cancel at any time after the initial minimal term. Subscription price may be subject to change.

You agree that your account will be subject to this automatic renewal feature, unless you cancel your subscription a minimum of 3 days before your upcoming renewal commencement date.

Following the initial minimum term, if you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so by emailing info@thenueco.com at least 48 hours before your next order renewal.

You agree that we may terminate or suspend your subscription for any reason at any time, for reasons at our sole discretion.

It’s our responsibility to leave the planet in a better place for future generations.

We are a Climate Positive, plastic neutral business, with B Corp certification pending. In 2020 we emitted 258.44t Total CO₂e, 93% of which were Scope 3 indirect emissions caused by an increase in air freight. We are working to halve these emissions by 2022, and halve them again in 2023. We continue to work with service providers who are actively reducing their environmental impact and carbon footprint.

To cancel your subscription, please reach out to our CX team at info@thenueco.com at least 48 hours prior your renewal and we will be happy to assist you.

Any changes to your subscription (product switches, frequency changes, shipping address, payment method, etc.) can be done directly from your account.

If you are based in the UK or California (US), you can cancel your plan, following the 2 month minimum commitment, by selecting the cancel button on your subscription page in your account! If located elsewhere, to cancel your plan, please reach out to info@thenueco.com.
