Where do you ship to?
We ship throughout the US and the UK and to the following locations in Europe: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.

How quickly will my order arrive?
US: Orders are shipped Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). All standard shipments require 1–2 business days to process and up to 5 business days to arrive. All express shipping requires 1-2 business days to process and takes between 2-3 business days to arrive. All expedited orders require 1 business days to process and will arrive within 1-2 business days.
UK: Orders are shipped Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). All UK standard shipments require 1–2 business days to process and up to 2–3 business days to arrive.
EU: Orders are shipped Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). All EU standard shipments require 1-2 business days to process and between 2-3 business days to arrive.

What is your return policy?
Our Returns Policy forms part of, and must be read in conjunction with, our Terms and Conditions of Sale. We reserve the right to change this Returns Policy at any time.
One time order: If you would like to return any product(s), except from samples, please contact us at info@thenueco.com within thirty (30) days of your order, stating the original order number. We will cover the cost of such return and will provide a shipping label to send the product(s) back to us. Once we receive the product(s) back, we will issue a refund. This return policy does not apply to subscription orders.
Subscription order: If you would like to return any product(s), except from samples, please contact us at info@thenueco.com within thirty (30) days of your order, stating the original order number. We will cover the cost of such return and will provide a shipping label to send the product(s) back to us. Once we receive the product(s) back, we will issue a credit to use towards your next purchase.
